     IFC Seoul Held a Welcome Event Celebrating IBM Korea's Incoming as the First Tenant of Three IFC
     

    • IBM Korea will use 9 floors out of Three IFC’s 54 floors
    • Following the successful incoming of tenant companies into One IFC and Two IFC, IFC Seoul expects a further increase in occupancy rate with the opening of Three IFC
     
    March 2nd 2015, Seoul – AIG Global Real Estate, which is in charge of the development and management of Yeouido IFC Seoul, announced that it held a welcome event to celebrate IBM Korea’s incoming to Three IFC. Approximately 50 people from AIG Korean Real Estate Development and IBM Korea participated at the event.
     
    Welcome speeches were given by President and Representative Director of AIG KRED William F. Freeman of AIG Korean Real Estate Development and IBM Korea Chief Executive Shirley Yu-Tsui, as well as a ribbon-cutting ceremony to welcome IBM Korea, the first company to move into Three IFC.
     
    Three IFC (55-story; 284m), which is the tallest building among the IFC Seoul’s three office buildings, is also currently the tallest completed building in Seoul. A total of 76 companies from various industries currently reside in One IFC and Two IFC. IBM Korea, the first tenant company of Three IFC, will occupy 9 floors out of 55 floors, from floor 6 to floor 14.
     
    “We are truly delighted to have a global leading group such as IBM Korea as the first tenant of Three IFC, known as a destination landmark and the tallest building in Seoul. With IBM Korea’s incoming, we expect that Three IFC will gain further interest of potential tenants,” said President and Representative Director William F. Freeman. “AIG Global Real Estate will do its best to meet the interest of various potential tenant companies and to enable the successful businesses of all the tenants of IFC Seoul.”
